We’re expanding our team and looking for dependable, motivated individuals who want to learn the locksmith trade and grow with a long-standing, family-owned business. Charm's Security Hardware has served Connecticut for more than 70 years, and we’re proud to offer hands-on training, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for long-term advancement.


We currently have two open positions:


  • Locksmith Apprentice — Road Tech: Ideal for candidates interested in a more mobile, on-the-go role assisting with service calls throughout the area.
  • Locksmith Apprentice — Store Employee: A great fit for those who enjoy working in our Orange, CT shop, helping with key cutting, lock repair, car key programming, and customer service.
